<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Two Wilkes-Barre residents have been charged with possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at about 4 p.m. on Sunday, according to police.</p><p>Police said during the course of the traffic stop on South Franklin Street, they found a small amount of marijuana on Dewayne Harris, 37, who was operating the vehicle. Police also said Deandra Reed, 25, a passenger in the vehicle, had a deliverable amount of marijuana in her possession.</p><p>Police said Harris, Reed and the inside of the vehicle smelled like marijuana.</p><p>Both Harris and Reed were charged in district court, according to police.</p><style>
