Throwback Thursday: Remembering Agnes 44 years later

<p>Commuters could encounter some isolated areas of traffic congestion during the morning commute.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Widespread minor traffic congestion is reported in the southbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
