Showers, thunderstorms possible in the Wyoming Valley into the midweek

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man robbed a Turkey Hill at gunpoint early this morning, according to police.</p><p>Police said that at 12:25 a.m., the clerk at the store on Carey Avenue reported that a man wearing a black mask, black sweater and gray pants entered the store and brandished a firearm.</p><p>The man tried to jump on the counter, according to police, and the clerk alleged the man started to open both of the store&#8217;s registers.</p><p>Police said the clerk opened one of the registers and gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash.</p><p>Police said the man was last seen running from the store.</p><p>No injuries were reported.</p><style>
