Award honors hard work and dedication of US Marshals Office employees

<p>James Mattucci, M.D. will discuss joint replacement surgery at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Anthracite Meeting Room, Mohegan Sun Pocono, Route 315, Plains Township. Dr. Mattucci is an orthopedic surgeon on the medical staff at Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He will discuss the hospital&#8217;s Joint Center, the basics of joint pain and the quick and successful recovery of joint replacement surgery. The seminar is open to the public free of charge. Reservations may be made by calling 570-552-7423. Guests are asked to use the hotel entrance.</p><style>
