Machine was drained, cleaned and sanitized. Observed spillage of flour and sugar on the shelves in the grocery area. Observed the ware-wash sink faucet in the deli area leaking. Facility has called for service. Paper towel dispenser empty at the hand-wash sink in the back deli area. Paper towels were provided. Observed a buildup of grime in the drain located in front of the walk-in unit in the deli back room. Observed a buildup of dust on the fan guard in the dairy walk-in cooler.
