<p>PLYMOUTH TWP. &#8212; A Dunmore woman is facing drug charges after being found in possession of 20 packets of heroin, police said.</p><p>Cheryl Gallagher, 50, was stopped and arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, according to police. Police did not state the time or date of the arrest.</p><style>
