<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man faces harassment charges Saturday after police say he hit another man who took his beer without permission.</p><p>Police say John Boston, of North Empire Street, struck an unnamed victim, 54, also of Wilkes-Barre, in the alleged confrontation.</p><p>No other information was immediately available.</p><style>
