<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man is facing DUI charges after an accident July 2 on Chapel Street.</p><p>Police said at approximately 2:44 p.m., Israel Jimenez, 48, displayed signs of intoxication following a car crash in which he was involved. Jimenez was also found to be in the possession of marijuana, police said.</p>
