City man charged for allegedly sending threatening text messages

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police charged a city woman after she allegedly threatened staff members at Luzerne County Children and Youth Services visitation center Monday afternoon.</p><p>At approximately 2:54 p.m., police said Kristy Lee Rackison, 29, became disruptive and hostile toward staff at the Pennsylvania Avenue center when questioning them about her children.</p><p>Rackison continued to demonstrate loud and disorderly behavior when warned numerous times by staff members, according to police. Rackison then made threats to specific staff members and the agency in general, police said.</p><p>Rackison was charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.</p><style>
