Woman charged with making terroristic threats at Children & Youth office

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man is facing charges after allegedly sending threatening text messages Wednesday night.</p><p>At approximately 5:59 p.m., officers reported to Charles Street in response to a harrassment complaint, police said. Christopher Dunn, 25, allegedly sent threatening text messages to a 22-year-old man that caused him to fear for his safety.</p><p>Dunn was charged with harrassment, according to police.</p><style>
