City man charged for allegedly sending threatening text messages

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Nanticoke man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop Monday night, police said.</p><p>Police said at approximately 10:20 p.m., officers stopped Joshua Curtin, 20, between South Main Street and West Ross Street for driving with a faulty headlight.</p><p>During the course of the traffic stop, officers smelled marijuana, which Curtin admitted to be from a grinder and pipe he had in his possession, according to police.</p><style>
