<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police on patrol saw a man walking in the roadway along South Main Street around 9:40 Saturday night. The man stood in the south bound lane and did not move until prompted to.</p><p>Police determined the man was Edward Francis Post of Wilkes-Barre. They reported he had a strong odor of alcohol, glassy eyes and appeared unsteady. Post was taken into custody and held until sober.</p><style>
