WB Man blocks traffic on S. Main St., taken in for public drunkenness

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police say a 19-year-old female reported that she was walking on Madison Street playing Pokemon GO on her smartphone when she looked up to see a black man pointing a firearm in her face.</p><p>The woman told police the man told her to give him her phone number or he would shoot her. He showed her his number and she called him, furnishing him with her number.</p><p>The woman told police the man asked her if she wanted to &#8220;buy some smoke,&#8221; and she replied she had no money. She said she went home and saw the man knocking on a door on Madison street.</p><p>The woman described the man as tall, wearing a black baseball cap, plain white shirt and Jeans, with a gold grill on his bottom teeth.</p><style>
