Drunk man refuses to leave Lincoln Plaza, is arrested

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A wanted woman was arrested by city police after injecting drugs in a bathroom on the 100 block of E. Northampton St. Sunday night.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>At approximately 8:36 p.m., officers found Kerry Wylie, 24, under the influence with fresh injection marks on her arm and a hypodermic syringe on her person.</p><p>It was later determined there was an active warrant out for Wylie&#8217;s arrest.</p><p>Wylie was arrested for the warrant and officers additionally charged her with public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being lodged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
