<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City authorities Thursday shut down a house at 7 N. Meade St. and arrested five men in a drug raid, police said.</p><p>A bundle of heroin and approximately nine grams of cocaine were seized after officers served a warrant at approximately 7 a.m., police said.</p><p>Police identified the men as Jayquan Anthony Jordan, 24, of Brooklyn, New York and Laquan Kalston-Jones, 26, Wendell Keith Freeman, 21, William Sterling Bray III, 33, and Tytwon Tyron Prayer, 32, all of North Meade Street.</p><p>Two men were held for arraignment on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, police said. The three others were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and released, police said.</p><p>Police said a juvenile male runaway from New York state was taken into custody.</p><p>The city Bureau of Code Enforcement posted the two-story house as unfit to live in. The city Health Department determined that the property posed a danger and ordered the occupants to vacate it.</p><p>The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police participated in the raid.</p><style>
