Five arrested in Wilkes-Barre drug raid, house posted as not habitable

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Township police are asking for the public&#8217;s help in identifying the suspect in this photograph, who they say is being sought in connection with a criminal fraud case.</p><p>Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect&#8217;s identity to contact them at 570-825-1254 or via Luzerne County 911.</p><style>

Hanover Township police looking for suspect in fraud case
