Police: $4.5K worth of equipment stolen from construction site

<p>DM</p><p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police cited a Luzerne man with public drunkenness Sunday night on South Main Street.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>At approximately 6:46 p.m., officers went to the 400 block of South Main Street for reports of an unresponsive man. Upon arrival, officers saw David Newberry, 35, with an unsteady gait, slurred speech and an odor of an alcoholic beverage.</p><style>
