<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Hanover Township man was charged with public drunkenness after he attempted to get into a car on that was not his own, according to police.</p><p>According to police on July 23 at about 2 a.m. they found Anthony Pellegrino, 22, intoxicated to the degree he was incapable of self care and to the degree he was a danger to himself and a nuisance to others.</p><p>Pellegrino was taken into custody and charges were filed.</p><style>
