Police: Woman arrested after leaving child in hot car

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police are searching for a 14-year-old city boy reported missing Sunday night.</p><p>Police said at approximately 5:25 p.m., the mother of Fidel Mince reported her 5-foot-5-inch son as missing. Fidel was last seen wearing dark blue basketball shorts, a white muscle shirt with a stripe and carrying a red bookbag.</p><style>
