Wilkes-Barre police search for alleged Rite Aid thief

HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Police arrested a man Monday on an outstanding warrant from the Pennsylvania Probation and Parole.Police said officers found Edward Coulter, 24, walking on West End Road and recognized him as wanted for fleeing from a halfway house in Scranton.Coulter was released into the custody of Pennsylvania State Probation and Parole officers.
