Police: Man turns himself in for violating PFA

Hanover Township police arrest wanted man

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Plymouth woman was charged with harassment after a domestic dispute.</p><p>According to police, at approximately 11 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a domestic dispute on Academy Street in which two women alleged that Kaitlyn M. Cleary, 22, of Plymouth, and another person arrived at the location and began an argument with the two women. The women said Cleary then attempted to strike the women, at which time they called police.</p><p>Cleary and the other person fled the scene. Police charged Cleary with harassment and charges were filed in District Court.</p><style>
