<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city woman reported her car was broken into on Carlisle Street Tuesday night.</p><p>Police said at approximately 6:14 p.m., someone entered a woman&#8217;s unlocked vehicle and stole her checkbook, expired Pennsylvania driver&#8217;s license, sunglasses and GPS unit.</p><style>
