Lozano Garcia sentenced to life in prison for Hazleton slaying

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; There were two reports of harassment Thursday night on East Northampton Street.</p><p>Police said at approximately 9:45 p.m., a 40-year-old woman reported her boyfriend, Corey Loftus, 24, pushed her during an argument. The woman did not want to press charges, but she was provided with protection from abuse information, according to police.</p><p>In another report at the same time, police said a 37-year-old man reported Ashley Mooney, 28, punched him. Mooney left the scene prior to police arrival, police said. A harassment citation was filed.</p><style>
