Police: Homeless man arrested for trespassing on abandoned property

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Officers cited a city woman for harassment after she punched another woman on Public Square Wednesday night, according to police.</p><p>Police said at approximately 5:05 p.m., a 58-year-old woman reported April Mitchell, 25, punched her in the face.</p><style>
