Police investigate a burglary on East Northampton Street

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man is facing charges after punching another in the face on Barney Street Monday night, police said.</p><p>At 6:18 p.m., police said a 22-year-old man reported that Neil Debo, 32, punched him in the face during an argument. The blow resulted in pain to the man&#8217;s tooth, according to police.</p><p>The man was taken to the hospital by emergency medical services for evaluation and Debo was cited for harassment, police said.</p><style>
