Police: Wilkes-Barre woman cited with harassment

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police charged two people with harassment on Carlisle Street Friday afternoon.</p><p>At 2:40 p.m., police said a 68-year-old man told officers two former tenants of his, Paul Woychio, 45, of Duryea, and Jennifer Dorish, 46, of Wilkes-Barre, assaulted him.</p><p>The man said Woychio and Dorish attempted to enter a condemned building. When he tried to stop them, Woychio threw him to the ground, police said.</p><style>
