Police arrest two on harassment charges

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police charged a Nanticoke man with terroristic threats Thursday night.</p><p>At 6:46 p.m., police said a 32-year-old Wilkes-Barre woman came to police headquarters to report the father of her child had been harassing and threatening her.</p><p>The woman stated her child&#8217;s father, Roy Seabrook, 43, became violent with her over an incident that occurred in her residence, police said. Seabrook began to threaten her at her residence and continued to do so through text messaging, according to police.</p><style>
