U.S. Marshals arrest New Jersey shooting suspect in Tobyhanna

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A dog was thrown from a vehicle on Sambourne Street, with a resident then stepping in to ensure the dog was safe.</p><p>According to police, at about 4:30 p.m. on August 1, an SUV travelling south stopped, with the dog being tossed out of the vehicle.</p><p>The vehicle then departed the area.</p><p>The dog is described as a mix breed and remained with the caller until Animal Enforcement arrived.</p><style>
