Police: City man found with drug paraphernalia

<p>FRANKLIN TWP. &#8212; Charges are pending for a Plymouth man who allegedly displayed signs of intoxication after a crash on Demunds Road.</p><p>Pennsylvania State Police said that at 1:40 a.m. Aug. 7, Shawn Bealla, 32, was traveling south when his vehicle exited the right side of the road and struck a concrete barrier with its passenger-side front wheel.</p><p>Police said Bealla then continued driving and exited the right side of the road again, this time hitting a ditch which caused his car to flip before coming to a stop on its wheels.</p><p>Police said Bealla displayed signs of intoxication while they were investigating the crash. Bealla was transported by Kunkle emergency medical services to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital for chemical testing and his car was towed from the scene, according to police.</p><style>
