Police: Man found unable to sit up on sidewalk, cited for public drunkenness

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A tenant was cited for removing a refrigerator from a rental property, according to police.</p><p>Police said Michele D. Wilson, 43, of Wilkes-Barre removed the refrigerator without authorization from a Courtright Avenue apartment. Wilson was the last tenant in the building and confirmed she disposed of the appliance as it was inoperable.</p><p>Since she was not the owner of the refrigerator, she was charged with theft by unlawful taking in District Court 11-1-02.</p><style>
