<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre man being held for alleged public drunkenness, took off his underwear and shoved them into the toilet of the police station at about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, according to police.</p><p>Samuel Baez, 39, was then observed via surveillance camera trying to flush the toilet which, in turn, flooded the cell and part of the cell block, according to police.</p><p>Police said the suspect also threatened to break the cell light.</p><p>The suspect was removed from the cell, charged with institutional vandalism and lodged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
