RailRiders extend season shutout record with win at Syracuse

<p>BERWICK &#8212; Jack Lee Wall, who was arrested in April and charged with sexual offenses involving a juvenile, has once again been arrested by the Borough of Berwick Police Department &#8212; for the same alleged offenses but involving two new additional juvenile victims, police said.</p><p>Wall, 76, of Berwick, has been charged with the following crimes and offenses in each of the two new cases:</p><p>&#8226; Indecent assault, one count, alleging that Wall had indecent contact with a victim who is less than 13 years of age. The grading is a felony.</p><p>&#8226; Corruption of minors, one count, alleging Wall corrupted or tended to corrupt the morals of a minor, or aided, abetted, enticed or encouraged any such minor in the commission of criminal offense. The grading is a misdemeanor.</p><p>Wall was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Knecht on Thursday. Bail was set at $25,000 straight cash for each case. Wall did not post bail and was subsequently jailed at the Columbia County Prison. Wall waived his rights to a preliminary hearing for both cases during his arraignment.</p><style>
