Former Wilkes coach Frank Sheptock wins high school coaching debut in Berwick

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A 20-year-old Wilkes-Barre female was cited Tuesday for smoking at the James F. Conahan Intermodal Center.</p><p>Police allege they found Amanda Vanwhy, of Mill Street, at 11:13 a.m. smoking at the South Washington Street center in a prohibited place.</p><p>Wilkes-Barre police issued a non-traffic citation for smoking tobacco where prohibited.</p><style>
