Police cite woman for smoking at intermodal center

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Scranton man was cited after allegedly stealing from a toy store Friday.</p><p>Police allege William Hudacheck, 30, of Jamestown Way Circle, in Scranton, removed a Playstation 4 from Toys R Us on Kidder Street without paying for the game.</p><p>He was cited for retail theft.</p><style>
