Letter to the editor: State bill on abortion is too restrictive

<p>Kevin T. Campbell, P.E., LEED AP, was honored as the 2016 Pennsylvania State Engineer of the Year by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE) on Sept. 23 during the 2016 PSPE State Conference at the Valley Forge Doubletree Hotel. The award recognizes his professional achievements, civic, engineering and educational contributions.</p><p>Campbell is president and chief operating officer of Barry Isett &amp; Associates, Inc. (BIA), a multidiscipline engineering firm with offices in Hazleton and Forty Fort. The immediate past president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of PSPE, he has coordinated the Lehigh Valley MathCounts since 2010 and was the co-coordinator of the 2016 statewide competition.</p><p>MathCounts is a nationwide initiative promoted by the National Society of Professional Engineers to encourage math literacy among middle school students.</p><style>
