WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Hockey fans are invited to a &#8220;Meat and Greet&#8221; Saturday night at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza to taste two new sandwiches added to the food menu.The &#8220;Glazed and Confuzed&#8221; concession will sell &#8220;The Sticky Pig&#8221; and the &#8220;Beef of Burden,&#8221; the winning entries in the arena&#8217;s name the sandwich contest.Mike LeValley came up with &#8220;The Sticky Pig&#8221; for the pork barbecue topped with a deep fried onion between a glazed doughnut shell.Megan Pagliughi submitted the &#8220;Beef of Burden&#8221; for a beef brisket version of the sandwich.Steve Poremba, director of sales and marketing at the arena, said approximately 100 entries for both sandwiches were received in the online contest between Oct. 2-10.
