Letter to Editor: Help at hand for panic attacks and depression, says proponent of ‘Recovery Inc.’

<p>Are we Americans? No.</p><p>Are we the United States? No.</p><p>Then what are we?</p><p>Sadly, we are the product of our own creation. We are a segregated, racist nation.</p><p>Segregated by the color, not of our skin, but by the color of our states.</p><p>Segregated by the ideologies, not of our theologies, but of our party affiliations.</p><p>Segregated, not by our deeds or our actions, but by our age, race, gender or religion.</p><p>And with each election cycle, newer means to segregate our nation are found &#8211; found and fed by those who declare themselves the final check in an imbalanced system.</p><p>So, from a single voice, a simple thank-you to those who feed our nation&#8217;s desperate hunger for segregation. Thank you, Fourth Estate, may you long reap the whirlwind that you and our politicians have sown.</p><p><strong>Jim Brady</strong></p><p>Plains Township</p><style>
