Jill Bradbury receives the Frances and Louis Maslow Upper School Award

<p>Lieutenant Commander Chad Trubilla, U.S. Navy, native of Hometown and stationed in San Diego, was promoted to the rank of commander. He was also picked and slated as the prospective executive officer and subsequently, the prospective commanding officer for the guided missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115, which is one of the Navy&#8217;s newest commissioned Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers.</p><p>Trubilla is a graduate of Tamaqua High and is 2001 U.S. Naval Academy graduate. He is a 2015 honor graduate of the Navy&#8217;s new TOP GUN school for surface warfare officers.</p><style>
