<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said blood results determined a man&#8217;s blood alcohol concentration was over 3 times the legal limit during a crash that happened on Nov. 14.</p><p>Police said Robert Zielinski-Wright, 27, of Wilkes-Barre, was involved in a crash at 11:57 p.m. on Nov. 14 on East Main Street. During the crash, Wright allegedly struck multiple vehicles then fled the scene.</p><p>Officers located Wright near the scene of the crash, and allege he showed signs of impairment due to alcohol consumption. He was taken into custody for a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) test.</p><p>Police said the test results indicate Wright&#8217;s BAC was 0.272 percent at the time of the crash, over 3 times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.</p><p>Charges of DUI have been filed against Wright in District Court 11-1-02.</p><style>
