Police: Man’s BAC was 3 times the legal limit during crash

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police are searching for a suspect that allegedly attempted to rob a man on Tuesday.</p><p>The victim, an 18-year-old male, reported to police at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday that he was walking on Metcalf Street when a man allegedly charged at him and struck him in the face.</p><p>The suspect then allegedly tried to reach into the victim&#8217;s pockets, but was unable to. Police said the suspect then fled the scene.</p><p>The suspect is described as a black male with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, jeans, and a dark red baseball cap.</p><p>The victim was treated my EMS at his residence.</p><p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the detective division at the Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department at 570-208-4635 ext. 253.</p><style>
