King’s mathematics department sponsors high school competition

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A county judge Tuesday granted access to cell phone records in the case of a 15-year-old accused of <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/585784/stabbing-incident-in-kingston-township-sends-two-victims-to-hospital" target="_blank">killing a father and wounding his wife and daughter during a triple-stabbing</a> earlier this year in Kingston Township.</p><p>Luzerne County Judge Lesa S. Gelb signed an order instructing AT&amp;T to disclose call and message records, Internet history, GPS data, and other information related to a local cell phone number. District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis Tuesday confirmed the number belongs to suspect Zachary Hockenberry.</p><p>The teen is charged with stabbing David Sinoracki, 45, Bobbi Jo Sinoracki, 36, and the couple&#8217;s 17-year-old daughter at their Orchard Street home in September. David Sinoracki died of a single stab wound to the chest, while his wife and daughter suffered non-life threatening injuries. Investigators have not disclosed a motive.</p><p>Hockenberry, who lived adjacent to the Sinoracki home, entered the residence in broad daylight and sunk a knife into Bobbi Jo Sinoracki&#8217;s back five times as she was vacuuming before he set his sights on David Sinoracki, who suffered the fatal wound as he came to his wife&#8217;s defense, according to police.</p><p>Their daughter, who was not identified, was stabbed in the chest but was treated and released from the hospital the same day, police said. The investigation remains ongoing.</p><p>Hockenberry, meanwhile, remains jailed without bail at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February.</p><style>
