<p>After nearly a half century, 100 year-old Beatrice Ray, a former culinary arts teacher, visited the West Side Career and Technology Center to attend a retiree luncheon in the newly renovated West Side Caf&#233;. Still critiquing the students&#8217; work as she had done when she was a teacher, she concluded everything was beautiful and the service was outstanding.
