100-year-old former culinary teacher returns

<p>The Luzerne/Wyoming chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) presented the prestigious John J. Dillon Service Award to Wayne Seely, past president. This award provides the opportunity for local chapters to honor members who have been dedicated chapter, region and/or state volunteers. Seely has served every level with dedication.
