‘SNL’ time zone shift pays dividends with big boost

<p>Rain is expected through the latter part of the week, but skies should clear as the weekend approaches.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 45 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and overcast skies were reported.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected today, with a high near 59.</p><p>Cloudy skies will follow into tonight, along with showers likely after 2 a.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected, and the low will be around 52.</p><p>Showers will continue to be likely before 2 p.m. Thursday, and skies will gradually become mostly sunny. Up to a quarter of an inch of rain could fall, and the high will be near 71.</p><p>Clouds will return into Thursday night, with a rain and possible a thunderstorm possible after 2 a.m. Up to a quarter of an inch of rain is possible, and the low will be around 57.</p><p>Showers and a possible thunderstorm are possible before 7 a.m. Friday, but partly sunny skies are expected for the rest of the day. the high will be near 69.</p><p>Partly cloudy skies are predicted for Friday night, with a low around 45.</p><p>Be sure to check out the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/weather" target="_blank">weather page</a> for up-to-date forecast information and radar!</p><style>
