<p>Mandolin player and vocalist J.P. Biondo of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton-based bluegrass ensemble Cabinet spoke to the Times Leader in March to discuss the upcoming fifth rendition of the band&#8217;s hometown music festival, <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/features/642623/cabinet-works-on-new-record-readies-for-susquehanna-breakdown-in-scranton" target="_blank">Susquehanna Breakdown. </a></p><p>At the time, the Americana outfit had just finished recording their latest album, &#8220;Cool River.&#8221; While Biondo couldn&#8217;t comment on the release date of the album in the interview, he did offer, &#8220;I feel it should be our best yet.&#8221;</p><p>In a <a href="https://www.relix.com/blogs/detail/song_premiere_cabinet_bottom_of_the_sea" target="_blank">Relix article</a> published April 18, &#8220;Cool River&#8221; was projected to be released on Oct. 13, and the album&#8217;s first single, &#8220;Bottom of the Sea,&#8221; was premiered.</p><p>&#8220;Bottom of the Sea&#8221; will be available through digital outlets April 21.
