<p>Parent Child Home Program (PCHP), administered by Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania, has received a grant of $30,000 from the AllOne Foundation to expand the program to all of Luzerne County. PCHP currently serves low-income families in Wyoming Valley at no-cost. The program models educational bonding between parents and their children.
