<p>The Reverend Richard A. Zavacki, Pastor Emeritus of the former St. Hedwig&#8217;s Parish, Kingston, is celebrating his sixtieth anniversary to the priesthood with a Mass of Thanksgiving 3 p.m., June 18, in St. Ignatius Loyola Church. Father Zavacki was ordained in St. Peter&#8217;s Cathedral, Scranton, by Most Reverend Jerome D. Hannon, Bishop of Scranton, June 15, 1957. A graduate of Wyoming Memorial High School and King&#8217;s College, he incardinated in the Diocese of Scranton and attended the Orchard Lake Schools, Orchard Lake Michigan, graduating from St. Mary&#8217;s College and studied at SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary. He is the son of the late Anthony and Sophie Lipinski Zavacki. An informal gathering will be held in the Monsignor Conlon Hall following mass. All are welcome.</p><style>
