<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Police say they recovered 4 pounds of &#8220;high-grade&#8221; marijuana with a street value of $20,000 at a township apartment this week.</p><p>Miles Davis, 21, of Lyndwood Avenue, Hanover Township, is also charged for allegedly having a stolen Glock .40-caliber handgun.</p><p>When officers went to the Lyndwood apartment about 4:30 p.m. Monday as part of a narcotics investigation, they said they found the marijuana, a digital scale and packaging material.</p><p>In addition to the stolen gun, they found two Glock extended 28-round handgun magazines containing 35 rounds of .40-caliber ammunition, a report states.</p><p>Davis&#8217; charges include possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and receiving stolen property.</p><p>He was arraigned before District Judge Joseph Halesey and was sent to Luzerne County&#8217;s prison for lack of $100,000 bail.</p><style>
