JENKINS TWP. &#8212; The Jenkins Township Lions Club continues its scholarship program by offering $500, $300 and $200 scholarships for the coming year.To be eligible the student must reside in Jenkins Township, has completed a year at an accredited institution and have a grade- point average of 2.5 or higher.Drawing of the awards will be by lottery. Deadline for submission is July 31, 2017. Only undergraduates are eligible.Applications may be obtained from any Lions Club member, or call Tom Ruskey, scholarship chairman, 570-407-3268.
