Inmate accused of damage to state prison via repeated toilet flushing

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; A free back-to-school immunization clinic is being offered by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, according to state Rep. Tarah Toohil.</p><p>The clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Sept. 15, at Annunciation Parish (St. Gabriel&#8217;s Church), 122 S. Wyoming St., Hazleton.</p><p>Immunization will be conducted by appointment only. Toohil said the clinic will be open to children who are uninsured and those insured through state Medicaid. Private payers must call a doctor to see if the vaccine is available at the office.</p><p>Parents must bring a copy of their child&#8217;s immunization record to the clinic.</p><p>A new state law required parents to have their children immunized by the fifth day of the school year, as opposed to previously allowing eight months, says a press release from Toohil&#8217;s office.</p><p>Those interested in the free clinic should call the Department of Health&#8217;s local office at 570-826-2071 to make an appointment.</p><style>
